Jacob Markin
Jacob has been practicing various areas of civil law since graduating in 2022. He decided to join Roop Xanttopoulos Babounakis & Klam PLLC and advance his career with a specific focus on family and domestic law. Prior to moving, Jacob worked domestic cases and civil litigation and negotiations. Jacob got his JD from William & Mary Law School and his BS from Cornell University. Jacob was born and raised in Fairfax and is excited to be serving the community he grew up in.
Jacob is an active member of the Fairfax Bar Association and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He enjoys working on cases with unique issues and careful consideration. Jacob is conscientious that each family and matter needs their own approach and prides himself on never giving a cookie cutter answer to a question.
