Alexander H. Xanttopoulos joined ROOP XANTTOPOULOS BABOUNAKIS & KLAM PLLC in the Fall 2010, to focus primarily on family law. He has experience in all areas of family law including cases involving divorce, child custody, support, visitation and equitable distribution.
Jennifer M. Babounakis
As a law student, Mrs. Babounakis served as both Chief Aide to Professor Nadine Strossen, the then President of the American Civil Liberties Union, and as an Associate Editor to the New York Law School Law Review.
Tania L. Klam
Tania L. Klam is a cum laude graduate of George Mason University (B.A. in Government and International Politics with a minor in Legal Studies) and a graduate of the Penn State Dickinson School of Law (J.D. 2009). She is admitted to practice in Virginia, District of Columbia, New York, and Florida.
Komal H. Khan
Komal joined ROOP XANTTOPOULOS BABOUNAKIS & KLAM PLLC in the Fall 2016. Since 2012, Komal has focused her experience in all areas of family law, including cases involving divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, domestic violence and equitable distribution.
Marcus Greene
Mr. Greene began his legal career spending five years in criminal prosecution, working first in Arlington County, Virginia, and then serving as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Fairfax County, Virginia. Mr. Greene’s practice focused on complicated evidentiary issues and with victims of violent crime, as he was specially selected to be part of the team focused on sexual assault cases, to include child sexual assault.
Jacob Markin
Jacob has been practicing various areas of civil law since graduating in 2022. He decided to join Roop Xanttopoulos Babounakis & Klam PLLC and advance his career with a specific focus on family and domestic law. Prior to moving, Jacob worked domestic cases and civil litigation and negotiations. Jacob got his JD from William & Mary Law School and his BS from Cornell University. Jacob was born and raised in Fairfax and is excited to be serving the community he grew up in.
Jenna Figlioli
Jenna received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware in 2020, where she also minored in Economics and Legal Studies. Jenna earned her Juris Doctor from the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School in 2023. During her time at law school, Jenna served as a member and Notes Editor for the Journal of Law, Economics & Policy.
Selina Kapoor
Selina Kapoor joined Roop Xanttopoulos Babounakis & Klam PLLC in 2024. Selina graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University in 2020, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Criminology, Law & Society, and a minor in Legal Studies. She earned her Juris Doctor from the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School in 2024.
