Supervised Visitation Lawyers VA

In rare cases, a court may award a party supervised visitation. Supervised visitation is usually ordered when a parent has a history of kidnapping, substance abuse, physical abuse, neglect, or sexual abuse. Supervised visitation is not usually awarded just because the parents do not get along. Supervised visitation can take place at a number of different facilities or through different community and private programs.
