Cambridge Lestienne Baker

Cambridge Lestienne Baker joined ROOP XANTTOPOULOS BABOUNAKIS & KLAM PLLC as an Associate Attorney in October 2020, having previously worked at another prominent Northern Virginia family law firm. Since passing the Virginia bar exam, Cambridge has focused her practice exclusively on a wide range of family law matters in Virginia, including divorce, separation, equitable distribution, child custody, spousal and child support, and family abuse protective orders. Cambridge possesses a strong understanding of family law and is committed to zealously representing her clients’ best interests, whether in settlement negotiations or in the courtroom. She makes it her priority to help clients navigate what are undoubtedly some of the most challenging and important family situations they will face.

Cambridge received Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Political Science and International Studies from Elon University, where she was a Presidential Scholar. Prior to attending law school, Cambridge worked in the Private Wealth Management division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. providing targeted asset management services to high net worth individuals and non-profits. Cambridge attended the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law, graduating with her Juris Doctor. During law school, she worked as a Law Clerk with the in-house legal department of CarMax, Inc. assisting on legal projects in a wide range of legal areas including, but not limited to, employment law, corporate compliance, state regulatory law, and securities.

Cambridge resides with her husband, child and golden retriever in Northern Virginia.
